The new web site of the IUS goes online

Easier to navigate and more accessible, greater space dedicated to the innovation of the formation program, to the voice of the students and to the collaboration with Città Nuova publishing house. Fully integrated with social networks.

Four years after its birth, the Sophia University Institute renews the graphics and contents of its web site portal, and it could not have been otherwise. With the recent amplification of its formative proposal and the introduction of new specialization programs, its instrument of communication par excellence now reflects more faithfully its philosophy: to provide the tools for understanding and contributing towards recomposing the complexity of the modern era.

As José Luis Bomfim, the web designer responsible for the project, explains: “Our intent was to create a platform that can communicate in the clearest way possible what Sophia is and does. We are focused on providing users with more accessible information to allow for greater navigability and content rich pages that are graphically cleaner, with additional instruments for following the main events promoted by the Institute. The interaction with Facebook and Twitter has also been optimized.”

The novelty of the portal: a space for everyone

Among the more important updates is the rich informational section “News and Events”, which tells about the life of the Institute and soon will allow for online registration to receive e-mail reminders of upcoming appointments. In addition, it will be possible to download event programming through Google Calendar and similar resources.

Ample space is dedicated to the academic offer and to testimonies of students and ex-students, enriched by multimedia contents, for a better understanding of Sophia’s unique program.

An entire page is also dedicated to the renewed editorial collaboration with Città Nuova publishing house: it is possible to preview the digital version of the Sophia academic journal, as well as review the collection of books published by Sophia through Città Nuova and purchase them online from the editor’s web site.
